Since I was very young, I have always been fascinated by elderly people who are in good health! I have often wondered what their secret was, how they managed, after 60, 70, 80 years, to stay fit and fully live at that age!
So, I embarked on my investigation!

The good news: it's still possible to remedy this!
Contrary to what most people think, genetics is not the main cause of this phenomenon, but rather lifestyle and more precisely, dietary balance!
Like everyone else, I used to eat carelessly. My only goal was to satisfy my hunger without gaining excess weight, solely for aesthetic reasons. I suffered from digestive discomfort and fatigue for a long time, which I couldn’t really explain. So, I would occasionally take vitamins or medication to relieve myself.
The industrial food offering doesn’t really leave us much choice! As soon as we get in a supermarket, we are tempted by all kinds of pseudo-food products that are so affordable, “relatively good,” and easy to consume that it’s almost impossible to resist!
Industrial products have become the norm, and real food has become organic, healthy, without added ingredients!
A poor diet not only causes weight gain but, even more seriously, widespread inflammation in the body, which triggers a continuous defense mechanism. This consequently leads to a constant state of fatigue and, in the long run, the onset of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and even cancer.
